Frequently Asked Questions

Online flowers

  • All orders must be made via our website.
  • All orders must be placed before 1pm and bouquets will be delivered by 9pm latest on the same day. 
  • For weekend deliveries, all orders will have to be made before 1pm on Friday. 
  • For urgent orders, kindly contact Josephine at 92482233 as soon as possible. We will try our best to help.

  • Delivery timings are fixed from 10am - 6pm (subjected to availability)
  • If you wish to have it delivered at a specific time frame, there will additional $20 surcharge. Do drop us an email or whatsapp 9248 2233 to do so
  • Delivery is FREE for all flowers/bouquets (>$50) purchased on our website. 
  • Delivery during the following peak periods are subjected to additional surcharge
    • On the eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may incur additional charges.
  • Should your delivery destination to be any of the restricted areas below, a surcharge of $15 is applicable:
    • Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area
    • Tuas area
    • Jurong Island
    • Sembawang Shipyard
    • All Army camps
    • All PSA Ports
  • Kindly ensure that the recipient or representative is available in the address and time frame selected for delivery.
  • Please leave your contact number and your recipient’s contact number should we need to reach either party during delivery.
  • If no recipient/representative is available to receive the flowers, the courier will call the recipient for further instructions. If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 15 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door.
    • We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. Kindly note that we also may not be able to produce an authorized signature as proof of delivery, if it is not received directly by the intended recipient.
  • Deliveries to MBS or Jewel Changi Airport require a permit issued by the respective security offices. The sender or recipient will be required to contact the respective security offices to arrange the necessary paperwork for our drivers to access the loading bay. An alternate address for your recipient will be requested if no permit is produced.
  • For last minute changes in your delivery time/address, please contact Josephine at 92482233. 
    • Please note:  Last minute changes are subjected to availability. We do not hold responsible for not accepting or fulfilling the amended requirements as this might affect other customers' deliveries. 
  • To ensure that our customers receive the bouquets in the best condition, any changes to delivery dates will not be accepted. 
  • Unfortunately, we only deliver our products within Singapore.
  • After confirming your order with us, we will not be able to offer a refund on your purchases if you change your mind.
  • If there is a issue with the flowers or if you received a wrong item, kindly contact us within 24 hours from the delivery/pick up time.
  • Please note that all flowers (fresh/preserved) are grown and produced differently in different climates, we are unable to deliver an exact replica of your order. But rest assured that the overall feel/vibe of the arrangement will be similar.
  • Flowers are subjected to availability at the nurseries. In the event a type of flower is out of stock, we will replace them with a close alternative. 

Props rental

  • Minimum rental order of $50 is required. Do take note, orders cannot be made in last minute order, all orders have to be placed at least 1 week in advance. 

  • To place an order, simply add your items to the enquiry list 
    • The button can be found at the bottom of the page. 
  • Once you have finished choosing your items to rent, simply submit your enquiry and wait for our confirmation email to indicate the availability of our props.
  • If the props chosen are available during your rental period, an invoice will be emailed to you. 
  • We will notify you if the props are not available during your rental period.

  • The rental price stated for all props is for 3 days.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer set up services for adhoc items.

  • The delivery fee for all props will be $15. 
  • Alternatively, you may wish to pick up your items from our office at 27 New Industrial Road, #09-01, Novelty Techpoint Singapore 536212. 
  • There is an additional $50 transport cost for items delivered to Sentosa, Changi, Tuas, Jurong Island and other inaccessible locations.

  • All payments will have to be made via internet banking within 24 hours. Kindly email us your transaction number 
  • Details of the bank account for internet banking will be given to you on the invoice. 
  • Alternatively, you may Paynow/PayLah to 92482233

  • We will arrange an appointment with you 1 week before your rental date for you to collect your rented props.

  • Collection/return time:
    • Monday to Friday, from 10 am-7 pm 
    • Based on APPOINTMENT ONLY 

  • A $50(for rentals below $50) or $150 (for rental above $50) security deposit is required on the day of collection.
  • Rented props will be inspected when returned to us
    • If the rented props are in good condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
    • If rented props are damaged/ missing, the retail price of the items will be deducted from the security deposit.

Wedding decorations

  • After submitting your enquiry list, our creative team will get back to you via email or Whatsapp to let you know more about our packages and prices!
  • Our creative team will be handling your enquires from the start to your actual wedding day.

  • Feel free to raise any questions to them!

  • Most wedding day falls on a weekend or popular dates. You should reserve your slots early to avoid any last-minute arrangements. 
  • After confirming your venue, you may start speaking liaising with us to confirm your venue decorations and packages!
  • After confirming your order with us, a 30% security deposit is required from you

Rewards System

  • Every $1 spent earns a point. E.g: $1=1 point
  • For every $100 spent with us, you can enjoy $5 off your next bill
  • The total amount of points that can be used in a single receipt will be capped at 500 points
  • The remaining points can be used in the following receipt
