What areas in Singapore do you deliver to?

Our flower shop offers delivery services across Singapore, ensuring that your floral gifts reach your desired destination without hassle. However, please note that deliveries to certain restricted areas—including Changi Airport, the Tuas and Jurong Island areas, Sembawang Shipyard, all Army camps, PSA Ports, Sentosa Island, and all hospitals—will incur a surcharge of $15.

Is there a charge for flower delivery in Singapore?

Our online flower shop offers free delivery for purchases over $50. For specific time deliveries, such as within a one-hour window between 2pm and 3pm, an additional surcharge of $25 (excluding GST) is applied.

Please be aware that deliveries during peak periods, like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Chinese New Year, might also be subject to additional surcharges. Check out our delivery information to know more.

How can I ensure my flowers stay fresh longer?

• Cutting the stems at an angle under running water upon arrival allows for better water absorption. Change the water every two days, and use flower food if available. 
• Keep the flowers in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and drafts. 
• Remove any wilted or dead leaves or petals to prevent bacterial growth in the water.

Can I include a personal message with my flower order?

Absolutely! Our online flower shop encourages you to include a personal message with your flower order to make it even more special for the recipient.

What is The Interior Collections’ return or exchange policy for flower orders?

When you return a product to our online flower shop, whether it's because you claim the product is defective or you're simply not satisfied with your purchase, we will carefully inspect the returned item. Upon satisfactory inspection of the product's condition, we will either replace it (in cases of defects) or issue a refund.

Refunds are typically processed using the same payment method you originally used, and we aim to complete this process swiftly. For products returned due to defects or within the seven-day cooling-off period, our online flower shop will refund the full amount minus any delivery costs incurred. It's important to notify us within 2 days if the quantity of the products received is less than what was ordered; failure to do so means we won't be liable for the discrepancy, and you'll be charged as if the entire order was delivered.
